Ownership
Structure
The Marlborough Wine Research Centre is owned and managed by the Marlborough
Research Centre Trust. The Trust was set up in 1984 to ensure the Marlborough
region makes the best use of its natural resources, by assisting innovative
research and technical development in agricultural, pastoral, horticultural
and viticultural matters.
Run by an appointed three member board the Trusts official office is at Grovetown Park, on State Highway One on the northern
outskirts of Blenheim. Daily contact direct to staff is 85 Budge Street, Blenheim.

• Grovetown Park land and buildings
• adjacent 10 hectare Rowley Vineyard, Rowley crescent Grovetown
• Marlborough Wine Research Centre, Budge Street, Blenheim.
